Shipping and Returns

We aim to dispatch all BySophie orders within 5 working days and you will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Every single piece is handmade therefore delivery times may vary. If you wish to receive your order for a specific date or in a rush please don't hesitate to ask, we will always try to oblige! 

Delivery Charges

You will have the choice of shipping method at checkout. Any custom and duty fees required by your country are the customer’s responsibility. 

Methods of Delivery

If you choose the tracked postage option, you will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If you choose the standard postage option you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched. Standard post does not include insurance or tracking. 

Standard postage and tracked postage is available for all countries, the cost will be based on final destination. International shipping can take anywhere from two to four weeks depending on where you live.

Returns

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return. 

In order to qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To organise your return, please email us directly at bysophie.jewellery@gmail.com and mention your name and order number. We will proceed to refund upon receipt. Please note shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. The original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
